Connie Blalock (Owner)
Connie Blalock is the owner/operator of SSR Collision Center in Cumming, Georgia. Tommy and Connie opened the shop in July 2010. After working 37 years at CDC in Atlanta, she retired in January 2018. Tommy’s untimely death in February 2018 thrust her into being the sole owner assuming day-to-day business responsibility. Years of experience in human resources helped to prepare her for assuming the leadership role of the business.
Her goals were simple - 1) Continue the business Tommy worked so hard to develop, 2) Grow the business, and 3) Be a fierce competitor in a male-dominated industry.
Connie feels that being a woman-owned business can be challenging, but surrounding yourself with knowledgeable and skilled staff is key. Working together as a team of specialists to provide quality workmanship at a reasonable cost is how SSR Collision Center conducts business and knows that a satisfied customer is the best source of advertisement.
